Choosing a child care provider is one of the hardest decisions a family will make. To help families make the most informed decision for their child, the Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children offers assistance free of charge to help families determine which facilities best suit their needs. In addition, we offer tip sheets on questions families should ask when touring a childcare facility so they have all the information possible to find the best caregiver for their child.
The Martin-Pitt Partnership for Children provides referrals — not recommendations. We provide information on child care resources so that parents and caregivers can make their own decisions regarding their child’s care.
We currently provide facility information for Martin, Pitt, Lenoir, Greene, Carteret and Jones Counties. For your convenience, the Partnership has the following child care information on file for all licensed facilities in Martin and Pitt Counties:

Our Regional Parent Referral Counselor is available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Referrals can be made over the phone by calling 252.758.8885 or by visiting our office in Greenville.
